No-one has changed their lives by simply sitting still, but it is through quiet contemplation that we learn to listen to our hearts’ desire. Yoga helps shine the light of awareness within ourselves so that we listen, learn and take positive action.
Because I love what I do and I have a lot of experience doing it! As a child, I damaged my knees, back and collarbones through sport-related injury. Practising yoga for over 15 years’ helped me to listen to my body and open my heart. I now hold a 500-hour teaching diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga and have post-graduate pregnancy and postnatal qualifications both with the BWY and Birthlight.
