One-to-one sessions

Make the most of ‘me’ time with a tailored plan to meet your needs

If you are distracted by other people in class and you find it hard to concentrate on your own breath, then a guided one-to-one session may be better for you.

My one-to-one classes involve a detailed consultation with you so that I can understand your personal fitness level and tailor a plan with relevant content, focus and dynamic to suit.

Classes are scheduled to your personal timetable so that you can practise whenever it suits you. You can either train in the convenience of your home or place of work, or you can come to my home.

Having your own personal yoga instructor means that you get greater depth of practice with more attention to alignment, appropriate modifications and aids.

I came to one to one yoga sessions with Natalie originally to manage stress. However, over the course of the last year, my flexibility and posture have greatly improved. Natalie’s relaxed, friendly teaching methods make sure that you feel at ease throughout the session. I certainly come away feeling floaty and about two inches taller!
